Who we are

Our Mission: Take Care of Those That Took Care of Us

At Harmony Homes, we believe every human life carries inherent dignity. That conviction shapes everything we build. We are redefining senior care by creating true homes, not facilities. Places where older adults age with respect, relationships, and purpose in the heart of real neighborhoods.

Our Story

Harmony Homes was born from a simple but demanding belief: we can do better by our seniors.

Too often, aging adults are placed in institutional environments designed for efficiency rather than humanity. Community is sacrificed for scale. Dignity is traded for throughput. We saw the consequences of that model and chose a different path.

Founded by Greg Robeson and Bob Declue, Harmony Homes brings together mission-driven investing and purpose-aligned real estate. Their work in impact returns made one truth clear: lasting outcomes require intentional design, disciplined operations, and patient capital aligned with values.

Harmony Homes exists because conviction came before convenience.

Our Approach: Small Scale, Big Impact

We build single-story, ranch-style residences designed to belong in established neighborhoods. From the outside, they look like homes because they are homes.

Inside, every detail supports real living. Warm living rooms with fireplaces. Family-style dining where meals are shared. Fully equipped kitchens, quiet libraries, private bedrooms, and outdoor spaces that invite rest and connection. Nothing institutional. Nothing oversized.

Each home serves just 8 to 16 residents. That scale is intentional. Smaller environments allow for individualized care, stronger relationships, and a focus on preventive mental and physical wellness. When size is limited, accountability increases. Staff know residents. Subtle changes are noticed. Care becomes proactive rather than reactive.

Residents do not simply reside here. They are known.

Faith-Integrated, Never Institutional

Our work is informed by faith, but never imposed. We serve people of all backgrounds and beliefs with equal respect.

Faith, for us, is not a program. It is a posture. It shapes how we see people, how we treat staff, and how we make decisions when tradeoffs arise. Dignity flows from recognizing the inherent worth of every person, and our care reflects that truth in practice, not rhetoric.

Investment in Legacy

Through the Impact Housing Fund, we partner with mission-aligned accredited investors who believe capital should build something that lasts.

This is not about choosing between values and returns. It is about deploying capital into a model where strong operations, disciplined growth, and human dignity reinforce one another. Investors participate in building homes that serve families today and communities for generations.

Our Vision

To be the premier provider of boutique residential senior care in home-like environments. Smaller, mission-aligned homes that deliver better care, deeper connection, and durable performance.

We are building the next generation of senior care through purposeful design, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to human dignity.

This is how we honor those who shaped our lives. By creating places where they can continue to thrive, contribute, and live with the respect they have earned.
