At Harmony Homes, we believe every human life has dignity. That's why we're transforming senior care by creating true homes, not facilities where older adults age with respect, community, and purpose in the heart of established neighborhoods.
Our Story
Born from a simple conviction that we can do better by our seniors, Harmony Homes was founded on the principle of putting people above profit and purpose at the center. We saw too many older adults warehoused in institutional facilities, stripped of the dignity and community they deserve after a lifetime of service to others.
Our founders, Greg Robeson M.T.S. and Bob Declue, bring together expertise in mission-driven investing and purpose-aligned real estate to create a new model of senior care. Through their work on impact returns and capital deployment, they recognized that transformational outcomes require intentional design and patient capital.
Our Approach: Small Scale, Big Impact
We create ranch-style residences thoughtfully designed to blend into established neighborhoods. Each home features the warmth of authentic living: welcoming living rooms with fireplaces, family-style dining areas, fully-equipped kitchens, quiet libraries, private bedrooms, and peaceful outdoor sanctuaries.
Our purposefully small footprint houses only 8 to 16 residents per home, enabling individualized care focused on preventive mental and physical wellness. When we limit our size, we expand our ability to see, know, and care for the whole person, helping residents not just survive, but truly thrive.
